Das Gehirn bleibt für jemandem ein Geheimnis, der es nicht befragt. Die Natur hat uns die Begabung geschenkt, jenes Geheimnis zu lüften. Dieses Geschenk besteht aus der Fähigkeit der Selbstbeobachtung.
Aber das Problem ist der erfolgreiche Zugang zur Selbstbeobachtung. Selbstbeobachtung ist nur dann erfolgreich, wenn damit Selbsterkenntnis verbunden ist. Den Grund für die Notwendigkeit der Selbstbeobachtung erklärt der folgende Spruch: "Selbsterkenntnis ist der erste Schritt zur Besserung!" Wer sich bessern oder verbessern will, braucht also die Selbstbeobachtung.



The brain remains for somebody a secret which does not question it. The nature has given us the talent to ventilate that secret. This present exists of the ability of the introspection.

But the problem is the successful access to the introspection. Introspection is successful only if with it self-knowledge is linked. The following saying explains the reason for the necessity of the introspection: "Self-knowledge is the first step for the amendment!" Who wants to amend or improve, the introspection needs.
